A magical atmosphere descends onto the village and everything goes back in time. Gentle lighting, torches, candles and costumed villagers feature in ancient craft rituals. Euros are exchanged for ancient Suvereto coins, and the village streets come alive with musicians and jugglers. The most eagerly awaited event is the Medieval Wedding: the bride arrives on horseback at the Town Hall, where the mayor celebrates a true legal marriage before the festive wedding celebration in the cloister of San Francesco.
